To use a Zoom Room, follow these simple steps.

  1. First, enter the designated room and ensure that the necessary equipment, such as a camera, microphone, and display screen, is connected and functioning properly.
  2. Next, start the Zoom Room application on the designated device or controller provided in the room.
  3. Use the controller or the touch screen interface to join a meeting by entering the meeting ID or selecting a scheduled meeting from the calendar.
  4. Lastly, control the meeting settings, including audio and video options, screen sharing, and participant management, using the intuitive interface on the touch screen.

In the event that you're not using Zoom and need to utilize a different conferencing application, you'll find a USB and HDMI cable conveniently located on the table within the Zoom Room. To connect your device and make the camera and microphone accessible, simply plug both cables into your device. This allows you to leverage the high-quality camera and microphone system within the Zoom Room for optimal audio and video during your conference. Once connected, you can proceed to launch your preferred conferencing software and configure the audio and video settings accordingly.
